Pneumatic Conveyor
The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system uses compressed air as the conveying medium. In the pipeline, materials are transported in a low speed, sand dune state, fluidization or agglomeration state, which is called positive pressure dense phase pneumatic transportation. Generally, air compressor is used as the air source, and the delivery pressure can be 0.2mpa-0.5mpa according to different working conditions. According to the conveying characteristics, the system can be divided into two modes: positive pressure dense phase eddy current conveying and positive pressure dense phase pulse conveying. The conveying mode of materials in sand dune state or fluidization in the pipeline with low speed is called positive pressure dense phase eddy current conveying; the conveying mode of materials in the pipeline with low speed and agglomeration state is called positive pressure dense phase pulse conveying.
System features:
1. The working pressure is high, so it can realize long-distance and high-capacity transportation; the booster can realize ultra long-distance transportation;
2. Due to the low conveying speed of materials, the abrasion of conveying pipes and materials is less;

Vacuum conveying systems
The negative pressure conveying system can be defined as a method of conveying powder or granular materials along a limited channel by means of suction.
Technical features:
There is no need to rotate the valve.
It can be transmitted from several starting points to a target point.
the material enters the pipeline under normal pressure, so it is easy to add the material.
There is no need to cool the conveying gas in the conveying process.
even if the pipe connection and sealing are not good, it will not cause powder leakage.
the material receiving hopper is always in the negative pressure state, and the negative pressure resistance performance needs to be considered.
the maximum conveying pressure is only - 0.4 to - 0.5kpa, so the conveying distance and conveying capacity are limited.
It is almost impossible to realize dense phase transportation.
compared with the positive pressure transportation, the energy consumption is higher under the same conditions.
